All Levels with Rhonda, Sundays, 8:00 – 9:30 am – This is a hatha yoga class open to all levels of experience. Postures (asanas) and stretches are taught in combination with the breath to develop flexibility and relaxation. A variety of styles are used,  sometimes focusing on a specific series of postures, other times following a flow of movements. Attention is given to proper alignment of the body in an effort to help the student find greater balance, strength, flexibility, calmness, and above all, self-awareness.
