Join us every Tuesday and Thursday from 12:10-12:55
This 45-minute lunch hour class will offer deep stretching and movement for the middle of the day. Each day will vary, combining seated postures, vinyasa flows and standing poses. It will be a quick and rejuvenating class, ideally before eating.
Classes will be taught by Theresa Soley and Emily Kane.
All levels are welcome! Cost is only $10.
